Reach Union Level 5 or visit Panhua's Restaurant in Act 4

Completing one Act of any Main Quest or any Companion Story grants 1 point of progress. When the progress reaches specific milestones, the corresponding rewards will become available.
Completing Prologues and Segues of Main Quests counts toward the progress.
If an Act or a Companion Story contains two parts, both parts need to be completed to advance the progress.
This event is a permanent event. After you claim all rewards, this event will automatically conclude.
