Reach Shaftpost Yard and interact with the Four Chime Shaftpost during the Main Quest "The Wind Before the Storm"

[Event Rules]
The Mingshen System can detect and log every Potential Case and General Commission occurring across the Land of Xuanfang.
Rovers can pinpoint these incidents through the Mingshen System and resolve them. Resolving an incident grants rewards, including Constable Tokens. Constable Tokens can be exchanged for various rewards at the Yard Exchange.
In certain Potential Cases, Rovers must use clues found during the investigation to deduce the truth of the incident. Different clue choices may lead to different outcomes.
This is a Permanent event. From Version 3.5 onward, Rovers can enter it at any time via the Region Guide on the map of Xuanfang.
