Reach Union Level 14, and activate the Startorch Academy Resonance Nexus during Main Quest "What Burns Beneath Frostlands" to unlock.

[Event Rules]
Choose a participating Resonator and dive into simulated combat drills! Under a special tactical view, use your weapons wisely to fend off waves of enemies. As you battle, power up your Resonator with new weapons, weapon upgrades, and boost items. To clear a drill, you must survive every wave of attack.
If you have any unclaimed rewards when the event ends, you can log in within 30 days afterward to claim them in your Mail.
