Lahai-Roi's route network, along with the Spacetrek Observatory that used to monitor its terrain, ecosystem, and climate, has been devastated by a Void Storm. It's time to rebuild them all!
Use rebuild materials gathered in Lahai-Roi to assist Dhalifa in restoring the Route Network and the Spacetrek Observatory.

[Eligibility]
Reach Union Level 8 and complete Tutorial Quest "Operation: Frontier Renewal"

[Event Rules]
Explore Lahai-Roi and use 3 types of materials to rebuild 10 routes.
Reaching a Route Constructor unlocks it as a Fast Travel point.
Once activated, the Constructor will automatically complete the route rebuild. Restored routes will revitalize the surrounding area, unlocking a variety of side quests and challenges.
Each completed route increases Network Activity. Reaching certain Activity milestones advances the Spacetrek Observatory's rebuild progress.

This event is permanently available. From Version 3.0 onward, you can access this event via the Region Guide on the Lahai-Roi map.
