A grand observational array established by Startorch Academy. Unlike the Cassettes, which record humanity, this system was built to record Lahai-Roi. It continuously tracks terrain shifts, ecological cycles, and celestial disturbances wrought by Void Storms and the Threnodian, like a giant eye observing the turning of the ages.
