Floral Crest Jade

The Floral Crest Jade is encased in a shell of dense, incredibly hard black jade. Twistscales grind away at this outer layer using their own scales, polishing it over and over until the surface gleams like a mirror. Eventually the shell flakes off in one smooth piece, revealing the "jade chrysanthemum" beneath—fully intact and vivid with color.
