Each time Heavy Attack - Bitterfrost: Foreclaimed Self is cast, gain 1 stack of Snowforged Blade.
While in Foreclaimed Self, hold Resonance Liberation to enter a charging state by continuously consuming Snowforged Blade. Release Resonance Liberation to deal Glacio DMG. The attack's DMG Multiplier is increased for each point of Snowforged Blade consumed while charging the attack.
